Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the day‑to‑day partner for our clients, overseeing projects from brief to delivery while driving growth and retention across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver projects end‑to‑end, managing scope, timeline, budget and quality across factory, design and finance teams.
• Grow share of wallet within existing accounts through repeat business, cross‑selling and upselling, and ensure contract renewals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, handling briefs, approvals, expectations and issue resolution for POSM, retail production, activations, events and exhibitions.
• Own account revenue, protect project margins and flag scope creep, pricing risks and delivery issues early.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal factory, design and finance functions to ensure profitable delivery of sold solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in account management or client services.
• Background in advertising, branding, POSM or production is preferred.
