Account Specialist

About the role

MyFatoorah, the leading payment gateway in the Middle East, is looking for an Account Specialist to join its team in Al Asimah, Kuwait. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage a portfolio of business customers, ensuring they effectively use MyFatoorah’s payment solutions and that their accounts are accurately maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business customers, providing onboarding, training and ongoing support.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve account and payment issues, and monitor transaction activity.
• Coordinate with internal finance and technical support teams to address client needs.
• Prepare basic account reports, track key metrics and contribute to retention and growth of assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Strong account management and customer service skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Solid analytical abilities and basic finance knowledge to interpret transaction data and support accurate reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical or financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience in payments, fintech, banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with online payment gateways and invoicing tools.
