Accountant – Full-Time Position in Sharq, Kuwait

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Sharq, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Process payments in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems; Odoo knowledge is an advantage.
