About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will work on banking projects in Kuwait, translating business needs into functional specifications for the T24 core banking system and ensuring successful implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and convert them into T24 functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders, prepare BRDs, functional specs and process documentation.
- Coordinate with T24 technical and functional teams, support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and implementation.
Required profile
- 7+ years of business analysis experience in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes.
- Proven ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
Required skills
- T24 (Temenos Transact) functional expertise.
- Business analysis and requirements‑gathering.
