Accountant – Healthcare (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a reputable healthcare organization in Kuwait. The role focuses on managing the financial operations of clinics, hospitals, or medical centers, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain branch accounting records and perform daily financial transactions.
• Reconcile insurance claims and manage AP/AR processes.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Utilise Odoo ERP for bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of accounting experience within the healthcare sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, including insurance reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
