About the role
We are looking for a professional Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations across our school network. The role ensures smooth coordination between academic, operations, and support teams while maintaining efficient administrative workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, tasks, and follow‑ups between academic, operations, and support departments.
- Execute administrative duties with accuracy, including documentation and communication.
- Follow structured systems and procedures, contributing to continuous process improvements.
- Maintain a positive, solution‑oriented attitude and take ownership of tasks.
- Communicate clearly with staff, parents, and students, building strong relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of general work experience, preferably in administration, operations support, or service roles.
- Stable, responsible, and seeking long‑term career growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Transferable visa status.
Required skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver tasks on time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new digital tools; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
