Arabic Security Supervisor

About the role

Accor is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Security Supervisor to lead the security team at one of its hotel properties. The role ensures a safe environment for guests, staff and assets while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team.
• Monitor security systems, respond promptly to incidents and conduct regular inspections.
• Prepare incident reports and shift summaries for management.
• Train, mentor and evaluate security staff to maintain performance standards.
• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory security role.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Relevant security or safety certifications are preferred.
