Area Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical (Kuwait)

About the role

Kinetic, in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. The role is based in Kuwait and focuses on driving revenue growth and market share for a portfolio of healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and market‑share targets in the GCC region.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, key accounts and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead product launches, promotional activities and brand initiatives together with marketing and medical teams.
• Ensure effective territory coverage, accurate sales forecasting and demand planning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market dynamics, healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Travel across the GCC as needed to support multi‑country operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within the GCC.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi‑country teams.
• Strong experience in distributor management and key‑account development.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the GCC region.
