About the role
The Assistant Loss Prevention Manager supports the security team in safeguarding the property, guests, and employees. Working on‑site in Kuwait City, this role combines routine patrols, emergency response, and strict access control to maintain a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and monitor access points.
- Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, authorising and documenting access to secured zones.
- Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS.
- Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
- Support management in training, coaching and promoting a fair‑treatment culture.
Required profile
- Strong observational skills and ability to act decisively in high‑pressure situations.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, run and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided.
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
