Assistant Manager - Outside Catering

About the role
The Assistant Manager – Outside Catering will support the leadership of the event service team at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait. You will help oversee a flexible event space of over 6,000 sqm and ensure seamless execution of both on‑site and off‑site events.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in directing the event service team to deliver high‑quality catering for weddings, conferences, and other events.
- Coordinate all aspects of events held inside and outside the hotel, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and brand standards.
- Maintain detailed oversight of event logistics, timelines, and client expectations.
- Support the development of creative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven operational leadership experience, especially in wedding catering.
- Strong eye for detail and passion for quality.
- Leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
