About the role

The Assistant Manager – Outside Catering will support the leadership of the event service team at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait. You will help oversee a flexible event space of over 6,000 sqm and ensure seamless execution of both on‑site and off‑site events.

Key responsibilities

Assist in directing the event service team to deliver high‑quality catering for weddings, conferences, and other events.
Coordinate all aspects of events held inside and outside the hotel, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and brand standards.
Maintain detailed oversight of event logistics, timelines, and client expectations.
Support the development of creative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Proven operational leadership experience, especially in wedding catering.
Strong eye for detail and passion for quality.
Leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
