Assistant Manager Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Recruitment to support the development and execution of our annual recruitment plan. The role will work closely with manpower planning and business growth initiatives to ensure we attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing the yearly recruitment strategy aligned with workforce planning.
• Update, review, and negotiate agreements with recruitment sourcing partners and evaluate their performance annually.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers and onboarding.
• Oversee interview scheduling, assessments and reference checks, guaranteeing a professional candidate experience.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness, offer‑acceptance rate and quality of hire, and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a senior recruiter or team‑lead role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, assessment methods and sourcing strategies.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
• Advanced MS Excel for reporting.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint for presentations.
