Associate Manager - People & Organisation

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Holding, a shopping mall, retail, communities and entertainment developer and operator in the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, is hiring an Associate Manager - People & Organisation for its MAF Retail Hypermarket Kuwait unit. The role supports business strategy on recruitment, talent management and staff development, and helps standardise and implement Human Capital policies and procedures in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and interacting with recruitment vendors and negotiating contracts, and working with selected service providers to meet company needs
• Keeping up to date with the Human Capital Standard Management system (policies, procedures and forms)
• Aligning local procedures and forms with legal requirements and monitoring documentation after implementation for audit purposes
• Assisting in sourcing contracts for staff services and supporting manpower planning for the head office
• Supporting initiatives that ensure the organisation has the competent staff needed to meet its plans and objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or HR
• 2 years of experience in human capital administration and recruitment
• Ability to work under pressure and good time management
• Interpersonal skills
