Auto Mechanic – Precast Factory (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to keep our precast factory’s fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment running smoothly. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks, forklifts, loaders, cranes and other machinery critical to production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in factory vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on trucks, forklifts, cranes, loaders and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and diesel engine systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and report maintenance activities promptly.
• Conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Coordinate with the operations team to minimise equipment downtime.
• Identify parts for replacement, manage inventory and respond quickly to breakdowns on site.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Auto Mechanics / Diesel Mechanics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic, preferably in construction, precast or heavy‑industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and heavy‑machinery maintenance.
• Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with preventive‑maintenance systems.
• Candidate must be residing in Kuwait and hold a transferable visa.
