BIM Manager – Infrastructure Digital Delivery

About the role

The Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator (BIM Manager) will lead the development, implementation and enforcement of BIM standards and digital delivery workflows across the Infrastructure department. Based in Kuwait, the role works closely with Digital Delivery, IT and the Department Director to ensure consistent, high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and audit BIM standards, guidelines and templates in line with ISO 19650 and BS/PAS 1192.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings, coordinate model exchanges through the Common Data Environment (CDE), and oversee model quality, clash detection and issue management.
• Manage and optimise content libraries (Revit families, CAD blocks, 2D details, schedules) and automate routine tasks using Dynamo or similar scripting tools.
• Provide training, up‑skilling programmes and BIM orientation for new hires, and support department heads in allocating BIM resources.
• Monitor project execution, QA/QC standards and KPI performance, reporting progress and recommending process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure BIM implementation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred).
• Strong understanding of organisational, asset‑management and project‑specific data requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR).
• Experience managing a CDE and delivering projects that comply with ISO 19650.

Required skills

• Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Power BI.
• Structural analysis tools: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, S‑Concrete, RAM Connections, RAM Concept, Concide Beam.
• IMAGINiT Clarity, Kinship (preferred), Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365.
• Scripting/automation: Dynamo (preferred), COBie/IFC workflows.
