About the role
We are looking for a diligent Book Keeper / Payments Specialist to join our finance team. In this role you will ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time, supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining ledgers.
- Process payments and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to verify accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve financial processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
- Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Familiarity with accounting software.
