Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role oversees brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels while supporting doctors and clinics to increase patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the yearly marketing strategy and calendar.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communications across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Plan, execute, and measure multi‑branch marketing campaigns, ensuring high‑quality content.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation, and report on key KPIs.
• Collaborate with clinic managers and partners to drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
• Provide marketing support to other brands within the organization as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare, dental, medical, or clinic marketing.
• Strong background in managing multi‑branch marketing campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
