Marketing Executive - Health & Fitness

About the role

A full-time Marketing Executive is sought in Kuwait to promote fitness facilities, wellness services, gym memberships, personal training, group classes and special events. The role combines digital marketing with offline promotion, with a focus on generating leads, increasing membership sales and strengthening brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing campaigns for gym memberships, fitness programmes, personal training, group classes and wellness services.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and create posts, reels, videos and promotional material.
• Coordinate with trainers, instructors and management to promote services, events and activities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, membership offers, seasonal promotions and marketing events.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, lead generation and conversion rates.
• Support membership acquisition, customer retention and brand awareness.
• Work with designers, photographers, videographers and external agencies, and conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in health, fitness, gym, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Kuwait market is an advantage.
