Storekeeper - Oil & Gas

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is hiring a Storekeeper for its On Sync Energy Management Services Company, based in Kuwait. The role covers receiving, storing, issuing and controlling materials and spare parts used in oil and gas operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, spare parts, tools and equipment against delivery notes, purchase orders and invoices, and update systems accurately.
• Organize, store and preserve materials according to established procedures and specifications.
• Issue materials and equipment only against authorized requisitions and keep accurate transaction records.
• Monitor stock levels, movements and balances, and replenish materials when needed.
• Carry out physical inventory audits and reconcile warehouse stock with inventory records.
• Follow up on critical spare parts to ensure they are available for maintenance, shutdowns, overhauls and modifications.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storeroom.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports, including monthly and annual reports on stock status, movements and performance.
• Keep stock control records and files, answer inventory queries and coordinate with other departments for timely material availability.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with at least 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the oil & gas, petrochemical or process industries, OR secondary school certificate with at least 8 years of such experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling and spare parts management.
• Familiarity with inventory records, stock audits, replenishment and reporting.
• Good English communication skills.
