Business Analyst I – PP/QM (SAP)

About the role

The Business Analyst I – PP/QM provides functional and technical support for SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. You will work globally with IT and business teams to implement configurations, improve processes, and ensure the system meets production and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP PP, QM and PM modules according to business requirements.
• Support process improvements and monitor KPIs to align with production and quality goals.
• Analyse potential system changes, develop solutions, and test modifications to ensure a validated state.
• Assist with data migration, system implementation activities, and end‑user training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for PP, QM and PM deliverables and escalations.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, logistics, finance, security, BI, Basis and other IT teams, as well as business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to manage priorities and deliverables.

Required profile

• Experience with functional and technical analysis of SAP PP, QM and PM modules.
• Ability to work with global and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of production, quality and maintenance processes.
• Proactive attitude toward problem solving and continuous improvement.
