About the role

The Business Data Analytics Analyst supports the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs that meet business data and reporting needs. Working closely with senior analysts, the role translates business requirements into data solutions, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse business data requirements, including processes and logic.
• Identify appropriate data sources, systems, and tools for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data objects using BI platforms.
• Create integrated 360‑view reporting solutions for customer journeys and business interactions.
• Automate operational processes, reports, and data‑anomaly detection while ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare datasets and engineered features for advanced analytics and machine‑learning models.
• Handle reporting‑related customer complaints and service requests within defined SLA.
• Conduct testing and validation to guarantee data completeness, reliability, and quality.
• Participate in cross‑functional project teams to provide data and analytics support.
• Maintain data definitions, metadata documentation, and KPI catalog in line with data‑governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Ability to work within defined service level agreements (SLA).
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
• Awareness of information security management system (ISMS) policies and environmental compliance requirements.
