Business Development Executive – Vendor Acquisition & Partnerships

About the role

The Business Development Executive will expand the company’s portfolio of vouchers and offers by acquiring and developing partnerships with restaurants, entertainment venues, leisure operators, attractions, and other service providers in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential vendors and business partners, conducting regular outdoor visits to present partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate offers, pricing, commissions, validity periods and other commercial terms, secure agreements and coordinate vendor onboarding.
• Collect offer details, images, branch information and redemption procedures, and work with internal teams to launch and activate vendor offers.
• Train vendor staff on voucher verification and redemption, maintain strong relationships, and secure exclusive or seasonal promotions.
• Monitor vendor performance, recommend strategies to improve sales, and follow up on vendor and customer issues.
• Maintain an updated prospect pipeline, submit regular reports, and achieve targets for new active vendors, live offers and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or vendor acquisition, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, leisure or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking and relationship‑management abilities.
• Willingness to conduct frequent outdoor visits and good knowledge of the Kuwait market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM or sales‑management systems.
