About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will drive new business opportunities, manage key projects, and strengthen client relationships across the MEP and civil interior sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and develop MEP and civil interior projects from inception to completion.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into contracts.
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on project requirements to ensure satisfaction.
Required profile
- Arabic nationality preferred.
- Proven experience in MEP and interior/civil interior projects.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
