Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within Kuwait’s Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering commercial proposals that align with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with oil rig companies, drilling contractors, and EPC firms.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Conduct regular visits to client sites and industrial areas across Kuwait.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in Kuwait’s Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with oil rig operations and related service companies.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
