Business Development Manager – Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for our lemon production business in Kuwait. The successful candidate will identify new clients, build lasting relationships and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Perform field visits to promote and sell the company’s services.
• Develop sales strategies and execution plans.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis.
• Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, quotations and contracts, and close deals.
• Collect initial payments and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs within the Kuwaiti market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti market.
• Understanding of marketing and production services is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
