Business Development & Retail Acquisition Specialist

About the role

FASH, a Kuwait‑based fashion commerce platform, is seeking a motivated Business Development & Retail Acquisition Specialist to expand its network of fashion retailers across Kuwait. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new retail partners to the digital marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential fashion retailers throughout Kuwait.
• Engage directly with business owners and decision‑makers to present the benefits of joining FASH.
• Handle inquiries, negotiate terms, and secure signed partnership agreements.
• Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure successful integration of new retailers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with acquired partners.
• Meet monthly retailer acquisition targets, counting only signed and fully onboarded retailers.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Kuwait.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in meeting business owners and closing deals.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently toward targets.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of Kuwait’s fashion and retail market is a plus.
