CAD, Revit and Adobe Software Instructor

About the role

A training provider in Salmiya, Kuwait is looking for a full-time instructor to deliver high-quality training in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, graphic design tools (Adobe suite) and Microsoft Office applications. The role suits people who enjoy empowering learners with industry-relevant digital and design skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons across assigned courses using interactive teaching methods
• Customize instructional content to meet learner profiles and industry standards
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions
• Assess learner progress and give constructive feedback and mentorship
• Collaborate with academic teams to refine curriculum and learning materials
• Stay up to date with software updates, emerging trends and best practices
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance and certifications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire diverse learners and adapt teaching style as needed
• Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Instructor or Adobe Certified Expert preferred

Required skills

• AutoCAD: advanced (2D and 3D)
• Revit: advanced (architecture and MEP)
• 3ds Max: intermediate to advanced (modeling and rendering)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign: intermediate to advanced
• Microsoft Office: strong in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
