About the role
American International University (AIU), a private institution in Kuwait founded in 2019, is looking for a Visiting Faculty member in Biomedical Engineering within its School of Engineering and Computing. The position is open to local candidates only, and the successful candidate is expected to start work immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses within the assigned discipline
- Prepare and deliver engaging course materials aligned with curriculum standards
- Develop and update course content to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Maintain rigorous assessment standards
Required profile
- PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- University teaching experience in the subject matter
- Industry experience in the teaching field
