About the role
BHDCKW is seeking an experienced Cementing Supervisor to lead cementing and well‑service activities for oil and gas operations in Kuwait. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and technically sound execution of cementing jobs in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all cementing operations on assigned wells.
- Ensure proper preparation and mixing of cement blends and additives.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with drilling and production teams to schedule and execute cementing jobs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cementing or well services.
- Proven supervisory experience in cementing operations.
- Hands‑on experience in pure oil and gas field environments.
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
