SOS HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Real Estate Business team in Al Kuwait. The CFO oversees the financial strategy and operations of the organisation, shaping investment decisions, risk management and financial planning while leading a team of financial professionals. The role involves close collaboration with other executive leaders and offers significant career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial reports, budgets and forecasts, using advanced financial modelling to support strategic decisions.
• Lead the finance team in financial analysis, identify trends and variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors and regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks, advising the executive team.
• Drive process improvements in the finance function and collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies and financial models.
• Mentor finance staff and monitor economic and industry trends to adjust financial strategies.
