Client Experience & Sales Specialist

About the role

THAHAB, a luxury multi‑brand marketplace, is seeking a Client Experience & Sales Specialist to be the human bridge between the platform and its high‑net‑worth clientele. You will nurture long‑term relationships, turn first purchases into decade‑long loyalty, and provide concierge‑level service for every high‑value order.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end high‑end client relationships through WhatsApp, phone, and in‑person interactions, delivering personal shopping and clienteling.
• Drive sales by proactively reaching out, curating edits, issuing restock and drop alerts, and anticipating client needs.
• Source hard‑to‑find items, special orders, and wait‑listed pieces, making the impossible feel routine.
• Own after‑sales processes including returns, exchanges, authentication queries, and issue resolution with polished service.
• Analyze client behavior to provide insights on sales trends, churn risk, and upsell opportunities for merchandising and buying teams.
• Develop and maintain a clienteling playbook covering segmentation, follow‑up cadences, gifting moments, and service standards.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of luxury brands, codes, and the expectations of high‑spending clients.
• Natural, trustworthy sales approach that feels warm and unhurried.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly organized with relentless follow‑through; no client is ever forgotten.
• Commercially minded, focused on conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
• Background in luxury retail, personal shopping, hospitality, or high‑end client services is a strong plus.
