Client & Product Graduate Rotational Programme – EMEA

About the role

This 2.5‑year Graduate Rotational Programme gives recent graduates a front‑row seat to how a global investment firm builds client partnerships, designs investment products and drives innovation across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate between Client Business and Global Product Solutions teams, gaining exposure to relationship management, product development and market research.
• Support client meetings by preparing materials, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Analyse market trends and internal research to understand their impact on client portfolios.
• Assist in designing and delivering tailored investment solutions such as funds, ETFs and bespoke strategies.
• Use proprietary platforms, including Aladdin, to build and analyse portfolio scenarios.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a strong interest in asset management and financial markets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn complex investment concepts.
• High level of integrity and understanding of regulatory and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Experience with Aladdin portfolio analytics platform (or similar investment‑management tools).
