Clinical Biochemistry Doctor (MD) – Salmiya, Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Medical Doctor specialized in Clinical Biochemistry, Chemical Pathology, or Laboratory Medicine to join our laboratory team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate diagnostic results while upholding the highest standards of laboratory quality and accreditation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and interpret clinical biochemistry and chemical pathology tests in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain and monitor laboratory quality management systems to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and diagnostic decision‑making.
• Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and timely reporting of laboratory results.

Required profile

• MD degree in Clinical Biochemistry, Chemical Pathology, or Laboratory Medicine.
• Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) license – mandatory.
• Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and accreditation standards.
