About the role
The Cluster Reservations Agent will handle reservation inquiries for Hyatt hotels worldwide, ensuring a professional and courteous experience for guests. This position requires strong knowledge of hotel services and the ability to use reservation systems efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls promptly, maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
- Confirm and process reservations using Reserve, Opera, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Handle group booking requests, visa inquiries, and reservations from online travel agents.
- Manage email and written correspondence, and follow up on guest inquiries.
- Apply up‑sell techniques and adhere to pricing guidelines.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Native‑level Arabic language skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
