CME Project Manager

About the role

The CME Project Manager will lead instrumentation projects for major refinery clients in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute instrumentation projects for refinery clients, meeting objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage manpower resources and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement project management plans using industry best practices.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Maintain strong client relationships and exceed expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry, especially refinery settings.
• Strong background in instrumentation engineering with focus on maintenance and execution.
• Proven leadership ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders.
