Commercial Manager – Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead sales and business development activities for our aluminium fabrication and architectural façade solutions. The role focuses on B2B sales within the construction, fit‑out, and building‑materials sectors in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain and expand a network of contractors, consultants, and real‑estate developers.
• Negotiate terms, present proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align solutions with client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in aluminium, construction, fit‑out, building‑materials, or related industries.
• Established network with contractors, consultants, and real‑estate developers in Kuwait.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to manage the full sales process.

Required skills

• Salary of 1,000 KWD per month.

• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
