Commercial Project Manager

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to drive local growth by leading high‑impact commercial projects and refining the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP) with data‑driven insights. You will act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations and Account Management, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and generate measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of strategic commercial projects, from planning through post‑implementation review.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Account Management) to ensure seamless rollout of campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyse data to optimise the CVP, focusing on selection, affordability and customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
• Own reporting for growth and CVP metrics, providing evidence‑based insights for decision‑making.
• Drive local go‑to‑market execution of cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in project management or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn data into commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Commercially minded, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high‑growth environment.
• Experience in marketplace, consumer tech, FMCG or consulting is a plus.
