About the role
The Commis Chef will support the kitchen team in delivering high‑quality food and consistent service in line with Hyatt International standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop culinary skills in a reputable hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare consistent, high‑quality food products for the outlet.
- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service that aligns with the outlet’s operating concept.
Required profile
- At least 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
- Basic culinary skills.
- Good knowledge of hygiene practices.
