Commis III - Pastry & Bakery

About the role

Hudson Manpower is recruiting skilled Commis III pastry and bakery professionals for hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of pastry and bakery preparation, a passion for food production, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads and other bakery products according to the assigned section.
• Follow recipes, portion standards and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Prepare ingredients, measure quantities and keep raw materials properly stored.
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment and utensils clean and sanitized, following food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Maintain stock rotation and minimise food wastage.
• Present products attractively and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members and follow senior chefs' instructions.

Required profile

• Indian nationality, male, maximum age 28.
• Relevant experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work under the supervision of senior chefs.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques and dessert production.
• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

What we offer

• Kuwait: basic salary of KWD 120 per month and food allowance of KWD 25 per month.
• Saudi Arabia: basic salary of SAR 1,400 per month and food allowance of SAR 400 per month.
• Accommodation and other benefits as per the employment contract.
