Corporate Leasing Officer

About the role

The Corporate Leasing Officer will drive growth of the vehicle leasing portfolio by building and managing relationships with corporate clients. You will identify new business opportunities, prepare tailored leasing proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure a high level of service throughout the leasing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to meet sales targets and growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the corporate sector.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals, quotations and contract documentation.
• Negotiate leasing terms while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage customer accounts, providing timely support and addressing client concerns.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, finance and other internal departments for smooth execution of agreements.
• Monitor contract renewals, vehicle replacements and account performance to maximize retention.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and documentation.
• Prepare periodic sales, performance and account management reports.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales, leasing, fleet management or customer account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience handling corporate clients and maintaining long‑term relationships.
• Good understanding of vehicle leasing operations and contract processes.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
• Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
