Customer Support Officer

About the role

We are expanding and seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Kuwait City. The role involves engaging with B2C and B2B customers across multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective assistance while delivering high‑quality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize internal systems and tools to initiate and service customer interactions.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, complaints and inquiries with courtesy and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate communication and reporting with IT, Finance, Operations and Maintenance departments.
• Process customer requests, report problems to the relevant department and ensure accurate payment processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or other customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance metrics.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn company products and services.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing and customer management systems.

What we offer

• Full‑time, on‑site position with shift options (9 am‑5 pm or 4 pm‑11 pm, five days a week).
