Dark Store Manager

About the role

The Dark Store Manager will lead daily operations of a Kuwait service station, ensuring efficient receipt, dispatch, and warehouse management while driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational management of the service station, including goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental collaboration to guarantee timely delivery and improve fulfillment efficiency.
• Develop work plans, procedures, and training programs to enhance team performance.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues within logistics processes to maintain seamless supply‑chain operations.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures and monitor warehouse performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations and retail store management, with team‑leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics procedures, relevant regulations, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude in high‑pressure environments.
• Proficient English for workplace communication.
