Data Entry Operator

About the role

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering carton production, barcode and warehouse data into the company’s ERP system. This role supports smooth operational flow and ensures data integrity across production and warehouse functions.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily data for printed and empty carton pallets into the warehouse system.
• Record all production and warehouse transactions in the ERP system.
• Generate and enter barcode information for cartons, ice‑cream labels and promotional labels.
• Verify entries against source documents and maintain organized records.
• Support store data entry activities, including stock and material movements.
• Prepare basic daily reports related to production and system entries.
• Identify and report data discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of data‑entry experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle high‑volume data entry tasks.
• Basic reporting and documentation abilities.
