DCS Operator – Power Plant Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced DCS Operators to join our team on power plant and petro‑chemical projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves operating, pre‑commissioning and commissioning Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for large‑scale energy installations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor DCS platforms during plant start‑up and normal operation.
• Perform pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities in line with project schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to troubleshoot system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of system performance.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience with DCS plant operation in power‑generation projects.
• Previous work in Gulf countries and exposure to Korean engineering firms is preferred.
• Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
