Demand Planner – Retail Stock Management

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Demand Planner / Stock Controller to join our fast‑paced retail environment. In this role you will combine forecasting, planning and execution to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends and business insights.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance stock availability, minimizing both overstock and stockouts.
• Plan and manage replenishment cycles in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyze sales performance, seasonality and market behavior to continuously refine forecasts.
• Implement and improve stock control processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with operations, finance and commercial teams to support overall planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or inventory/stock control.
• Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and suppliers.
