Digital Account Executive

About the role

Retrodict Agency is expanding and seeks a motivated Digital Account Executive to work with businesses on digital advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to grow in performance‑driven environments.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and business needs.
• Support the creation and management of digital advertising strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest optimisations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising or account management.
• Strong interest in performance marketing and data‑driven strategies.
• Proactive, organised and client‑focused.
• Comfortable working in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads.
• Experience with Snapchat Ads.
