Director – GTx Clients Solution and Cash Products

About the role

The Director – GTx Clients Solution and Cash Products will lead cash management product and solution delivery for the Kuwait market. Reporting functionally to the Head of GTx for GCC (excluding UAE) and locally to the Head of IB and Wholesale Banking Coverage, the role is based in Kuwait and works closely with regional and head‑office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the cash management strategy for Kuwait in partnership with the Head of GTx and regional teams.
• Coordinate rollout of new products and platforms with Payments and Platform teams in the UAE.
• Ensure local regulatory compliance by obtaining sign‑off on Country Addendums.
• Develop and maintain SOPs with operations teams to align with product parameters.
• Achieve revenue, risk‑adjusted asset and equity targets within the bank’s risk framework.
• Engage clients and coverage teams to grow cash management business, including origination, structuring and implementation of trade solutions.
• Support coverage teams in creating detailed client account plans to increase market share.
• Provide technical guidance to relationship managers and ensure high‑quality customer experience.
• Identify product gaps, suggest improvements and monitor product usage to deepen client wallet.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of transaction banking experience with strong expertise in cash management, fintech platforms and client solutioning.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams across regions.
• Track record of meeting revenue and risk targets.
