职位概况

负责监管报表编制与报送，确保符合当地监管及财务合规要求；统筹税务、审计及资产负债管理工作，支持部门日常财务管理与监管沟通。

主要职责

监管报表编制与报送，确保合规。
税务申报、测算、对账及与税务机关沟通。
统筹外部审计，协调审计师并提供财务资料。
建立并完善财务流程及内部控制体系。
参与资产负债管理（ALM），监控流动性、利率及外汇风险。
协助部门负责人完成日常财务管理及监管沟通。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业。
3年以上海外财务工作经验，银行、金融机构或四大会计师事务所背景。
熟悉财务会计准则、监管报送及税务合规要求。
了解外部审计、内部控制及财务风险管理。
具备资产负债管理（ALM）相关知识者优先。
英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的书面及口头沟通能力。
细致严谨，具备较强的数据分析和问题解决能力。
