Senior Business Analyst – T24 (Temenos)

About the role

The client seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Temenos T24 (Temenos Transact) and core banking operations. The role involves gathering and translating banking requirements into functional specifications and coordinating delivery with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for T24 core banking projects.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), use cases, and process workflows.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate banking needs into functional solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect analysis, and implementation activities.
• Support core banking enhancements, system upgrades, data migration, and production issue analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.
• Excellent knowledge of core banking operations, workflows and products.
• Proven ability to prepare BRDs, FSDs, process maps and functional documentation.
