Draftsman – Shop Drawing & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman specialized in Shop Drawing & Fit‑Out to create detailed MEP drawings for our fit‑out and joinery projects in Al Kuwait. You will work closely with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure designs are accurate, functional and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD or Revit, adhering to project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to translate design intent into technical drawings.
• Prepare material take‑offs and quantities to support procurement and budgeting.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and validate existing conditions.
• Assist in resolving design discrepancies during construction and maintain organized documentation of all revisions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) for MEP drafting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Understanding of architectural and engineering principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
